This prove to be true as this quarter as 2 more new restaurants opened its doors and 1 familiar restaurant has renovated itself and is now under new management.
#WhenInBohol food is as good as its tourist destination so let us take you to places with your taste palette without a need for Visa and taking off a plane.

The Boat House of Be Grand Resort Bohol

Fancy that luxurious fine dining in a mariner s cabin? Good steak, good wine and good place that make you feel at home at the same time? The Boat House of Be Grand Hotel is just right you. It  is the newest place to dine in when checked in or just touring Be Grand Hotel. We assure you that minutes of driving going to Panglao is worth it. The ambient moment of you being welcomed gives you the feeling of being important. Over looking the Villas and the Pool of the Hotel will give you the Grecian feeling or like being in the Caribbean. The food is a full course meal served with an appetizer, soup, and salad (Try the Queso Duo, it our winner). The main course is their luscious steak cooked in your preference paired with side dish and wines. To finished the meal are choices of desserts and sweets. Now, speaking about the price? Since it’s fine dining they really don’t charge that much. The big serving of Steak is around Php 1,500 and with your budget of less than Php 3,000 can get you a long way. What’s priceless thought is the service that they offer. Servers are friendly and really accommodating simply to make you at home (Ah! I wish the place was my own bachelor’s pad ) so it’s a “Bon Appetit!“ The Boat House will open to the public starting October 15, 2018.

Koko Japanese Restaurant at Bohol Quality Mall

Now, I’m going Japanese. Koko which recently opened last September 22, 2018 located at the 5th floor of BQ Mall (former Wok Express place) is a perfect addition to the growing choices of Asian food in the island. All your beloved Japanese cravings from sashimi, sushi to ramen is at their menu in a very friendly price. Their Koko’s Dragon Sushi is one of the best food to try, the color itself is as yummy as how their wall mural looks like (Shout-out to all bloggers!) . Their bowl of ramen for Php 259 is perfect for sharing or going solo and having it all by yourself. What ever you prefer their taste is a value for your money. Don’t forget to say “Itadakimasu“ before taking your first bites.

Mooon Cafe at Lite Port Arcade

Tacos, Ensalada, Salsa and other Mexican food? Say  “Olah!“  to the newly renovated and newly manage Mooon Cafe which  is another place that ‘s worth a visit for your food trips for world cuisine. The place had been around for a while but was closed for renovation. They’ve just opened their doors again last September 28, 2018 under the management of the Wallace Family, sounds familiar? Well, they’re the ones who brought us Buzzz Cafe and Bohol Bee Farm so you can expect the same quality of good service and good food, good Mexican food. Mooon Cafe originated from Cebu and became popular in the country because of its Mexican fused foods. The franchise opened in Bohol last year and was welcomed with a blast like a cracked Piñata. The place is now much better with the addition of more Mexican interior and friendly servers, while the food remains the same Mooon Cafe taste that we all love. “Gracias! “ to Mooon Cafe for coming into our island.
So check this places out and be the first to tell your friends about them.

With the upcoming opening of the newly domestic airport in Panglao, Bohol surely the surge of international restaurants that’s giving us international quality of food and service will be at it’s peak in this coming next quarter. We will surely keep you posted for new places to dine #WhenInBohol because food is one of our commitment :) besides, who can say no to good food? Certainly, not us.
